We offer classes 7 days a week and offer shower rooms and lockers.
Please call ahead to sign up for classes, tanning or to reserve one of our racquetball courts.
Herbalife, Act and Noni products are ordered on Thursdays and can be picked up at the gym or shipped directly to you.
Hours of business are from 5 am to 9 pm on weekdays. The gym is open from 7 am to 4 pm on Saturday and from 8 am to 4 pm on Sunday.
Private Club feeling is what we like to have here at the fitness zone so please treat the facility like it was your own. Please respect the equipment and exercise spaces along with other members as you would like to be treated. Keeping positive about your health and encouraging others to do so as well.
